Ingredients 1 c cold, unsalted butter diced into 1/2" pieces 2/3 c sugar 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 2 1/4 c all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 tablespoon nonpareil Christmas sprinkles
Butter a 13 x 9 baking dish and line w/ parchment paper with a 1" overhang on all sides.
Cream butter and sugar until well combined. Mix in almond extract. Add dry ingredients at low speed. Fold in sprinkles.
Press dough into the baking dish in an even 1/2" layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Lift dough out of pan using parchment paper overhang and cut into 1/2" cubes. Transfer to an unbuttered baking sheet with no liner. Bake in oven preheated to 350 F for 12 minutes.
